A Study on the Distribution of Blood Group and Status of Clinical Pathogen in Rural Population


Abstract
This study was obtained from analysis of clinical laboratory in the Christian Hospital in Mae-Kock Li during two years from January 1st, to December 30, 1973 and from January 1st to December 30, 1976. The analysis of the clinical pathogen were obtained the following results. 1) The prevalent rate of protein was 37.9% (1973 year) and 37.7% (1976). 2) The prevalent rate of glucose was 18.2% (1973) and 16.9%(1976 year). 3) The prevalent rate of urobilinogen was 34.8% (1973 year) and 22.2% (1976 year). 4) The abnormal rate of Hgb was 71.9% (1973) and 69.9%(1976). 5) The Hgb below 10mg/dl was 31% (1973) and 28% (1976). 6) The patients of W.B.C 55 persons (1973) and 22 persons (1976 year). 7) The patients of VDRL were 2 persons (1973) and 4 persons (1976). 8) The infection rate of parasite was 77% (1973) and 74.5% (1976). 9) The most prevalent blood group was A type (36.4%), secondly B type (28.2%), thirdly O type (27.7%), and fourthly AB type (7.7%).
